Dr. Arthur Tigney is a polished entrepreneur, consultant, and an empowerment coach with two Masters Degrees from Oral Roberts University and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University. A retired Officer, having served his country in the United States Air Force Reserve for 34 years.

He is a Licensed Professional and National Certified Counselor, the founder of Next Level Ministries and ATigney Solutions in Tucson, AZ. An accomplished author and a transformational conference speaker.

Arthur is passionate in coaching, leadership and team development and has been heavily involved in corporate training, consulting and coaching for many leaders and organizations over the years including the USAFR, psychiatric hospitals, Windsor Village UMC in Houston TX, Raytheon in Tucson AZ.
